Tanith LeeIn addition, Gateway author Tanith Lee will receive the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award, which has previously been awarded to authors including Terry Pratchett and Stephen King.

We would also like to congratulate our sister imprint W&N, whose novel The Prisoner of Heaven by Carlos Ruizprisoner of heaven

Zafón has been shortlisted in the Special Award – Professional category for its English translation by Lucia Graves.

We are also delighted to see Robert Shearman, Peter and Nicky Crowther and Charles A. Tan amongst the shortlist, for their superb work.

The winners will be announced at the Wold Fantasy Awards Banquet on 3rd November. Once again, congratulations to all our nominees!
